One day… my path will intersect with el bulli.  Til that day, ill watch this youtube and think about getting this book.  Hey, anthony bourdain is an added bonus :)

Just found this gem of a documentary from 2004: “Decoding Ferran Adria”. Hosted by Anthony Bourdain (swoon), the special covers the ingenious and freakish creation’s from Ferran’s elBulli and chronicles in great detail how a dish at the world’s best restaurant — so say countless chefs, the Michelin guide, and, of course, Restaurant Magazine — goes from conceptual notion to fully-fledged foodstuff.

Eat, watch, and be merry, for tomorrow you sure as hell aren’t going to be able to afford the 250€ (approximately USD$356) that a single person’s meal will cost. But hey, we eat with our eyes first, right? At least chowing down with your peepers is free.
