Apt Therapy NY’s July Proj of the Month is to paint an accent wall. Not really sure what the prize is, since the link seems effed up, but this is good timing! My landlady says I don’t have to repaint the walls when i move out and i have the apt for a few days before i move in, so I have been giving some serious thought to painting the bedrooms in my apartment. Sadly, the bedrooms are tiny. I think less than 10’x10’. I think some color will liven the rooms up! After some discussion with friends, I discovered that Rachana has an accent wall at home (sea foam green 3x, teal 1x) and Ran has an accent wall in her office (bright orange).
I’m thinking:
a) sea foam green 3x, darker green 1x
b) ice blue 3x, darker blue 1x
c) pale yellow 3x, darker yellow 1x.
I’ve never painted by myself before!! This could be fun?
